Most strikingly, this SG has a flamed maple top with a unique Teal Fade finish, very reminiscent of the original SG Supremes. Additionally, the fretboard has the SG Supreme’s characteristic split diamond\/Trini Lopez style cellulose nitrate inlays. The finish on the back isn’t black - it’s actually a dark brown\/walnut color which allows the beautiful mahogany wood grain to show through. Other features that set it apart from an off-the-shelf CS ‘61 SG are the gold hardware and locking Grover tuners.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eAll the historic construction details are present with this SG  - an ABR-1 bridge, hide glue, and CustomBucker AlNiCo III pickups are all built as they were back in the Golden Era.
